- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and construction projects across municipal, school district, and federal contracts. - Serve as primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and the internal operations team - Ensure all projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and compliance requirements.
- Role Overview Perform skilled trade work across concrete, grounds management, erosion control, and site improvement projects. - Work on project-based assignments with potential for ongoing long-term contract opportunities
- Lead and supervise a crew of 2–6 field workers on daily chipping, land clearing, and vegetation management operations - Operate and oversee the safe use of chipping equipment, chainsaws, wood chippers, and related machinery
